  • Q: Can I get samples?
  • A: Of course! Samples available at a charge and the items are yours to keep.
  • Q: What payment options do you offer?
  • A: We offer a number of payment options. You could pay online through Paypal or via bank transfer.

 




 

  • Q: Do you accept orders from abroad?
  • A: Yes. Contact us so we could talk about the details of the shipment or freight and agree on cost and logistics.

DELIVERY

  • Q: How much are your carriage and order charges?
  • A: It depends on weight and quantity. Please contact us for more details.
  • Q: Is there a cut-off time for orders?
  • A: Orders for next-day delivery within Ireland need to be placed before 3PM.
  • Q: Is it possible to get a timed delivery?
  • A: Yes but it comes with an additional fee
  • Q: Could I claim my order instead of having it delivered?
  • A: Yes collections are possible. Contact us first so we can arrange your visit.
  • Q: My order came damaged and/or incomplete. What should I do?
  • A: In the event of a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that it has to be done not later than 7 days after goods were dispatched Ireland and UK. For orders from other countries, contact us within 14 days.

  • A: Your invoice will come via email one day after we have dispatched your order.

  • A: All our measurements are outer dimensions.
  • Q: What colors are available?
  • A: Natural wicker color and also we can supply English Yellow baskets. Check our products list.
  • Q: Do you use any chemicals in production?
  • A: No, our baskets are completely natural products.
  • Q: Can you make customized baskets?
